What Makes Me Different
Over the years I have noticed that there are two different real estate agents you can hire. One is a lone ranger that will do everything for their clients and will try to be in 10 places at once. And on the other hand there are agents that are on a team, this allows them to hand off responsibilities to others. And some times to people you don’t know.
I have been in both boats and have found flaws with both.
This is why my approach is different.
Every Home I market to sell and every buyer I help find their home gets a plan of action, which allows me to give my personal attention to their individual needs. This enables me to make the best of my time with out cutting into my clients’ time.
I have a group of experts that I work closely with, this allows me to concentrate on what my client needs are and focus on what I know best. I am not a mortgage agent, a home stager, a photographer, or a home inspector, I don’t believe in being a jack of all trade and a master of none. I am a professional in real estate. My clients deserve the best
